This powerful mandoline slicer has everything you need to cut and slice your favorite veggies and fruits. The V-Prep slicer is made from sturdy ABS plastic and the blades of all 3 inserts feature German-made stainless steel. With this mandoline, you also receive a multi-function bowl with lid that can be used to safely store the slicer and its tools. The Swissmar mandoline features a 7mm and 3.5mm blade inserts. These can be used to julienne, shred, and make fries.
