The inclusion of 30-45% reserve wines ensures the consistency of the Veuve Clicquot style. The long aging in our Crayères (3 years minimum for Demi-Sec) gives silkiness to the Champagne. Finally, a dosage of 45 g/L gives Demi-Sec a sweeter balance of flavors while preserving the wine’s inherent freshness.
