With this bracket, the Eve Weather, but also the Eve Degree can be securely attached to a preferred surface. The mount can either be screwed onto the surface using the two holes with two screws (not included) or attached with double-sided adhesive tape (not included). In the holder, the Apple HomeKit device sits securely even in stronger gusts of wind. The Apple HomeKit sensor can be removed from the cradle at any time for a change of the button cell upwards. The Eve Weather / Eve Degree should always be weather-protected and not hung with the cradle in direct sun or rain, so that the device measures both readings correctly. That said, a small gutter on the back of the mount ensures that water doesn't collect on the top edge - cumulative raindrops can run away down the rear gutter behind the mount. The sensor for measuring temperature and humidity is exposed through a cutout.
