Holladay Distillery intrigued us because they are a craft distillery that did not take any shortcuts, waiting seven long years for their whiskey to age. A true Missouri Straight Bourbon Whiskey, it is mashed, fermented, distilled (from a mash bill of 73% corn, 15% rye, and 12% malted barley), aged, and bottled in the state of Missouri.
